Garden Update: Radish Recipes Anyone???
Responses
I just like to dip them in ranch or honey mustard, but they’re also good cut up in salads. Don’t let them get too big, or the flavor is quite strong. Here’s an interesting recipe I found: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Grilled-Radishes/Detail.aspx

I think we let it get too big…we tried it last night and it was pretty hot. We both decided we are not too keen on radishes. That is not to say that we might not like it as a garnish or to add spice/flavor to another dish. I am thinking they might be nice in soup.
Andreamcmann: Thanks for the reply and visit! The recipe was interesting, but I am not sure we will try it. My hubby and oldest son are funny about radishes (and me too, apparently). I am still thinking part of a soup stock would be nice.
